SITE MANAGER – Danoher

The Danoher Group of Companies requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Site Manager - Botswana. The role involves managing construction, crushing plant, and aggregate operations, including site management, financial control, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. Job Summary Type: full-time Location: Gaborone Category: Site Management Closing Date: 2026-06-19 Key Responsibilities Manage construction or crushing plant and aggregate operations, including mine or site management.Manage crusher plants and aggregate production operations.Contribute to production output, support client engagement, and assist in expanding operations.Manage plant maintenance management or mechanical maintenance, including coordination with mechanical teams and contractors.Budgeting, costing, forecasting, and overall site financial control.Manage large teams (operators, artisans and support staff).Engaging with regulatory authorities on mine health and safety regulations.Operating independently, manage multiple priorities and work in demanding site conditions. Requirements Experience in construction or crushing plant and aggregate operations, including mine or site management.Experience managing crusher plants and aggregate production operations.Demonstrated ability to contribute to production output, support client engagement, and assist in expanding operations.Strong background in plant maintenance management or mechanical maintenance, including coordination with mechanical teams and contractors.Exposure to budgeting, costing, forecasting, and overall site financial control will be an advantage.Proven capability in managing large teams (operators, artisans and support staff).Knowledge of mine health and safety regulations and experience engaging with regulatory authorities.Strong understanding of production equipment and processes, particularly crushing and screening plants.Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and work in demanding site conditions.A competitive, market-related remuneration package will be offered, based on experience and qualifications.
