SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER | BrakpanSalary: R80 000 CTC, depending on experienceOur client in the Plant Hire, Construction, Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment industry is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee multiple operational sites, ensuring optimal utilization of plant equipment, vehicles, operators and personnel while maintaining productivity, safety and client satisfaction.
Minimum requirements:- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or Logistics Management
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, earthmoving, plant hire or heavy equipment operations
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Must have previously held a 2.6.1 appointment with proven experience fulfilling the legal responsibilities associated with the role
- Experience with reclamation sites, load & haul, and screening processes
- Valid Code B driver's license and own reliable transport
- Willingness to travel between sites and work extended hours when required
- Medically fit to access operational sites
