SME Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard quality SME clients requiring collateral-secured loans through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and relationship management.
  
• Conduct detailed collateral appraisal and valuation
• Inspect and assess proposed collateral.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for loan origination, disbursement, and portfolio quality.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a wealth/investment manager in Nigeria.
• Readily available portfolio of affluent clients (min. NGN 500 Million AUM).
• Strong understanding of wealth management, especially fixed-income/deposit-like products (LiteFi Wealth).
• Proven success leveraging existing networks for sales.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Awareness of the Nigerian financial market.
• Ethical and client-focused.
• Proficient with CRM and standard software.
