Social Media & Content Associate

Preferred Qualifications

• Create engaging daily content for all Vauxmart social media platforms.
• Design professional graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
• Write compelling captions that educate, engage, and convert audiences.
• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team where necessary.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with the Vauxmart brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and announcements.
• Monitor content performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
• Suggest strategies to improve audience growth and engagement.

Required Skills

• Applicants should possess:
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Good graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to create short-form video content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, or content creation.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI is an added advantage.
