Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, promotions, and customer testimonials.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote laundry services, special offers, and new products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media platforms.
  • Monitor online reviews and maintain the company’s reputation and brand image.
  • Generate leads and increase customer acquisition through social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  •  Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Organize and coordinate online promotions, giveaways, and digital campaigns.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
