Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and
highly organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager, Videographer
& Content Creator. This role combines digital marketing, content
production, talent scouting, and partnership development.
The ideal candidate will act as a “hype
manager”—driving brand visibility, creating engaging content, discovering new
talent, and building strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in
managing online presence, coordinating productions, and supporting business
growth through creative and collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Management
Manage and grow social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content
(videos, reels, posts, stories)
Handle job postings across digital
platforms and recruitment channels
Monitor trends and optimize content for
engagement and reach
2. Videography & Content Creation
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video
content
Develop creative concepts for content
(interviews, podcasts, behind-the-scenes, features)
Ensure consistency in branding,
storytelling, and visual quality
3. Talent Discovery & Partnership
Development
Identify and scout emerging artists,
creatives, and talent for collaboration
Research and evaluate potential partners
and business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with
creatives, influencers, and industry players
Coordinate partnerships, features, and
content collaborations
4. Production & Coordination
Plan and schedule content production
(podcasts, interviews, campaigns)
Manage production logistics including
venues, equipment, and timelines
Coordinate with hosts, guests, and
technical teams
Ensure smooth execution of all
content-related activities
5. Business Development Support
Identify new clients and opportunities for
collaboration
Support outreach initiatives and
partnership engagement
Contribute to brand growth and positioning
strategies
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Media, Film, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in social
media management, videography, or content creation
Proven experience in managing digital
platforms and creating engaging content
