Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Production
- Develop, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots with service providers and customers.
- Create engaging content, including:
- Educational posts
- Promotional campaigns
- Customer testimonials
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Google Ads
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and customer acquisition.
- Generate qualified leads and convert social media engagement into bookings and sales.
- Support referral marketing initiatives and influencer collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the company's online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews on Google, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Escalate customer complaints or operational concerns to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Foster meaningful engagement and build strong relationships with followers and online communities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement rate
- Website traffic
- Leads generated
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Conversion rates
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven strategies to improve content performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
- Or equivalent platforms
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Business Center
- Social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
