Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.
  • Will be responsible for striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and also liaise with companies for business deals.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
  • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up to ensure the implementation of the contract.
  • Sales data report: collect and organise sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
  • Identify customers, distributors, and companies, and facilitate transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of sales


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3- 5 years of proven experience in solar sales, preferably in solar renewable energy.
  • A minimum of a degree in a related field.

Work Schedule: 9AM-6PM
