- You will focus on maximizing booking schedules, motivating a close-knit team, and ensuring our local clients feel deeply cared for from the moment they walk through our doors
Core Responsibilities
- Schedule Optimization: Maximize therapist utilization rates by managing the booking software dynamically and handling walk-ins or cancellations efficiently.
- Sales Driving: Motivate staff to hit monthly retail product sales targets and upsell treatment enhancements add-ons.
- Staff Management: Coordinate shift schedules, process payroll inputs, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Inventory & Supplies: Maintain optimal stock levels of linens, retail items, and treatment consumables, ordering from vendors as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure treatment rooms are flawlessly clean, ambient lighting/music, and fully stocked between every client appointment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in a day spa, salon, or high-volume retail / hospitality environment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a knack for sales, and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and na navigating digital booking apps and Point of Sale POS systems.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and select evening shifts based on peak business hours.
