Job Summary
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Needs Teacher and Assistant Teacher to join our team.
- You will be responsible for creating and delivering personalised learning plans for children with diverse learning, behavioural, and physical needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans IEPs.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- The Assistant will help the Class Teacherin delivering on the above.
Requirements
- Degree in Education or any relevant field.
- Willingness to Learn.
- Teaching qualification and experience.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
