Maintain accurate records of all stock movements (receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns).

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts (cycle counts and full stock takes).

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.

Monitor stock levels and reorder points to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
