Our client has an opportunity available for a Store Accountant based in Athlone.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Accounting.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting – Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, Cash Book.
- Experience in retail space will be advantageous.
- Must be deadline driven.
- Experience in management of staff.
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company assets are under control and are managed correctly in line with the business requirements.
- Ensure that debtor accounts have the proper documentation in place.
- Ensure store compliance with set policies and procedures.
- Ensure all control of the cash and coin management and ensure their safeguarding.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance to all HR policies and procedures.
