Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Storekeeper / Assistant to join a procurement and warehouse team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory management, and assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily stock levels
  • Verify incoming stock against purchase orders
  • Report discrepancies between received stock and purchase orders
  • Process requisitions from internal teams on the system
  • Assist with monthly stock takes and record variances
  • Ensure accurate GRV (Goods Received Vouchers) processing
  • Issue stock accurately based on internal orders
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor with general warehouse duties
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/storekeeping environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / D365 (advantageous)
