MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Degree / Diploma
Min of 3 previous years’ experience in sugar cane & timber farming
Experience in growing sugar cane
Computer literate
Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
Ability to speak Zulu
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
Maintenance orientated
Valid driver’s license
