·        Degree holder preferred

·        Minimum 3 year working experience in as a supervisory role

·        Dynamic and pro-active with good organisational and planning skills

·        Effective team leader - can motivate and manage a team

  • Good working knowledge of computer and point of sale systems

  • Knowledge of suppliers and ordering
