Job Title: Supervisor (Underground Mining)
Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise underground maintenance and construction activities
- Coordinate boilermakers, riggers, welders, and assistants onsite
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to engineering standards
- Liaise with mine management and safety personnel
- Monitor productivity and report daily progress
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (Boilermaker preferred)
- Valid Red Ticket / Medical Fitness Certificate for underground mining
- Minimum 5 years underground mining experience
- Supervisory experience in underground operations
- Knowledge of underground safety procedures and mining regulations
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary underground teams
- Strong communication and planning skills
Mandatory Certifications:
- Valid Working at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Certificate
- Power Tools Training Certificate
