Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 4-6 Years Experience within a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
• Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disciplinary procedures
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Computer literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring performance standards are met
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes
• Handle industrial relations matters, including issuing of warnings where necessary
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including production and staff performance
• Assist with payroll processes (where required)
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Utilise computer systems, including Excel, for reporting and data tracking
