Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
  • Ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
  • Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the health and wellness industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on offer terms and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organisations, institutions, and industry stakeholders to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company’s employer brand across recruitment platforms
  • Support initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality talent
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour legislation

Job Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources
  • 3 + years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho People & Zoho Recruit advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, network, and influence stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Problem solving and decision making ability

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in retail or multi site recruitment (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Passion for people and building strong teams
