Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage technology talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct talent mapping and market research
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hard-to-fill roles
- Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline activity
- Build long-term candidate relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sourcing or technical recruitment
- Strong experience sourcing for engineering, data, and QA roles
- Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipelining
- Good understanding of technology roles and market trends
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools
