Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure technical components for vehicle manufacturing.
- Interpret CAD drawings, engineering specifications, and BOMs.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for procurement planning and purchasing.
- Convert engineering BOMs into purchasing requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Ensure material availability aligned with production schedules.
- Expedite critical components to prevent production delays.
- Support inventory management and material planning.
- Ensure purchased components comply with engineering and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years of technical procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in mining equipment, vehicle manufacturing, OEM, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven ERP/MRP system experience.
Technical Competencies
- ERP proficiency (ERP systems, Microsoft applications)
- Ability to execute MRP planning and engineering change management
