  • Provide after - sales report to address customer concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, call plan, visitation and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
