Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for fish feed products.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the aquaculture industry including fish farms, hatcheries, and aquaculture equipment suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our fish feed products,
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate With the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aquaculture & Fisheries, or other related field. a degree in aquaculture or fisheries science is preferred,
  • 5-7 years of working experience as a sales executive Fish-Feed.
  • In-depth Technical knowledge of the aquaculture industry, including fish farming practices, feed requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
