We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who operates in the exciting and growing renewable energy market and has set itself the goal of offering the best technical support for renewable energy systems (e.g., PV inverters, home batteries).
Tasks:
- Technical service for customers (by phone/email)
- Analysis and identification of error patterns
- Technically competent support for commissioning and ongoing operation of the PV components (e.g., PV inverters, home storage system)
- Tracking / Documentation in a ticket system
- ordering spare parts, if necessary
Profile:
- Previous experience in customer service or in the electrotechnical area is valued
- A general understanding of electrotechnical topics (e.g voltage, current)
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit, and quality awareness
- Very good knowledge of French (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics)
- Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantage
