KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support planning and delivery of technology training programmes
- Manage training partnerships and certification processes
- Support eLearning and Learning Management System LMS administration
- Assist in developing new technology training and academic programmes
- Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
- Support marketing and promotion of training programmes
- Provide support for cybersecurity consultancy activities
- Coordinate ICT projects and stakeholder engagements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-4 years' experience in ICT training coordination or related roles
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Al, Data Analytics & Cloud Computing
- Experience with eLearning and Learning Management. Systems LMS
- Understanding of professional ICT certification frameworks
- Strong communication, coordination & stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaborationtools
- Strong multitasking, organization, and record management skills
