Role Overview

  • We are seeking a driven, persuasive, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales, convert leads into customers, and drive revenue growth through effective phone-based sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers to promote the company's travel, visa, and mobility services.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into paying clients through effective sales techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services and solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer concerns and objections professionally to close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates residing in or around Lekki Phase 1 and its environs are strongly preferred.
