Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt for new business and convert leads into loyal customers
Build, manage, and grow a strong customer portfolio
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and maintain a structured call cycle
Drive revenue growth and shipment volumes
Manage and update your sales pipeline (CRM tools)
Deliver excellent service by handling customer queries efficiently
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or sales
Proven track record in a target-driven environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Matric (essential)
Ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated
