JOB PURPOSE
Lead FSRs in their assigned area to deliver the sales objectives. He / She will directly be responsible for GT channels within the territory and manage end to end sales process in the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy and Execution:

Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increased market penetration.

Provide guidance and support to front liners (Sales reps / Merchandisers) in identifying sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer & category strategy/activations at POS to further build market share


Team Management and Development:

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Prepare and lead the Sales Team Meetings, provide coaching, and feedback to maximize individual and team performance.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and ensure smooth communication (all front liners included).

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues.

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Territory Management:

Develop and implement effective area plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and promotional activities.

Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands, check assortment and act on availability of our brands

Gather and provide competitive information to head office on a regular and continuous basis


Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and review elements of customer ROWC reports to ensure customer profitability in line with customer and UL benchmarks, taking actions as required.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans.


Experiences & Qualifications

Relevant field sales experience in Territory Management with proven record of achieving results.

Must be an initiative driven, diligent person with good interpersonal skills.

Must possess strategic prospecting skills.

Key Distributor management experience is essential.
