Treasury Administrator
Applications are invited for the TREASURY ADMINISTRATOR position within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution-Northern Region, Harare.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:
Manage daily treasury transactions and banking activities.
Monitor cash balances and support cash flow planning.
Prepare treasury reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in managing banking relationships and resolving banking queries.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and financial procedures.
Support reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury-related transactions.
Assist with treasury audits and implementation of corrective actions,
Maintain accurate documentation for all treasury activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
Professional banking or treasury qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience in treasury, banking, finance, or cash management functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of internal controls and financial governance principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Experience in FMCG or logistics environments will be an added advantage.
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
