Requirements
Matric Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence
Minimum of 2 years' experience in New Vehicle Sales
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Must currently be selling a minimum of 5 – 7 vehicle units per month
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional appearance and presentation
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Duties
Sell new vehicles in line with dealership targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
