Capture and maintain accurate records of new and used vehicle stock on dealership systems.
Monitor vehicle arrivals, transfers, sales, and deliveries, ensuring inventory records are updated.
Assist with stock reconciliations and physical vehicle stock counts to identify discrepancies.
Prepare, verify, and maintain vehicle documentation, including registration and licensing records.
Generate stock reports and provide administrative support to sales, finance, and management teams.
Ensure compliance with dealership procedures, documentation requirements, and inventory control processes.
