Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Visual Merchandising Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy and sales objectives.
- Designing In-Store Displays: Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and other visual presentations to showcase products and promote sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance on best practices and creative direction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and store operations, to ensure cohesive visual representation and brand consistency.
- Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Budget Management: Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact.
- Monthly compshops to be conducted.
- Plan new store openings.
