Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will oversee the full warehouse function, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound stock, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team supervision.
- You will manage and guide pickers, packers, store-men, and drivers, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes. The role includes monitoring stock levels, maintaining warehouse organisation, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and safely.
- You will be responsible for coordinating workflow, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Maintaining discipline, performance standards, and a high level of accountability within the team will be key to success in this role.
Minimum Requirements:- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a
warehouse environment within Automotive parts.- Previous supervisory experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
- Experience managing teams (pickers, packers, storemen, drivers advantageous)
- Computer literacy (warehouse systems / basic reporting)
