Role Overview:
White Goods Technician repair of
household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers,
ovens, and dryers. They must ensure appliances operate efficiently, safely, and
according to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults
in various household appliances.
Repair mechanical and electronic
components of white goods.
Demo- Advise customers on proper
appliance usage and care.
Coordinate with Head Tech for
spare parts and technical guidance.
Stay updated with the latest
appliance technologies and repair methods.
Computer literacy
Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of
electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals, wiring and schematics diagrams
Problem-solving and analytical
skills for diagnosing appliance fault issues.
Customer service orientation and
good communication skills.
Qualifications:
City &Guild Certificate, or
equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning or
Mechanical fields.
NTC 3
Proven experience in white goods
repair and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license (if
on-site).
