Employment Information

  • Must have good MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
  • Plan and coordinate teams for callouts and planned work
  • Liaise with customers to arrange start dates for planned work, during the course of the project
  • Provide technicians with site and work scope information 
  • Gather daily updates on planned work and progress 
  • Notify safety department of safety requirements on planned work or emergency call-outs
  • Allocating sub-contractor appointments to buyer and coordinate sub-contractors on site
  • Update the General manager on daily activities
  • Capture information on daily activities and manage information from CEO
  • Communicate with stores on project material availability
  • Notify accounts department on completion of project/call-out, hand over all information for invoicing.
