WHAT YOU EARN:
- Base salary: KES 20,000 per month guaranteed
- Override: 1% of ALL pairs sold by your team in your zone
- Zone at 3,000 pairs per month: KES 23,000
- Zone at 10,000 pairs per month: KES 30,000
- Zone at 30,000 pairs per month: KES 50,000+
- Your earnings grow every time your team sells more
YOUR ROLE:
- Build and manage a team of 10 to 20 field reps across your zone
- Drive daily sales targets and hold reps accountable
- Submit zone numbers to Director every evening at 8pm
- Attend Monday 9am strategy call every week
- Open institutional accounts - schools, hospitals, businesses
WHAT WE NEED:
- Minimum 2 years field sales experience in your target zone
- Must own a motorcycle or car - you will be on the road daily
- Fluent in local dialect of your zone
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and cut underperformers
- Results-only mindset
ZONES AVAILABLE:
- Zone 1: Nairobi Metro
- Zone 2: Central and Mountain
- Zone 3: Coast
- Zone 4: Western
- Zone 5: Nyanza and Rift Valley
- Zone 6: North and Eastern
