Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality tuition for the ACCA Financial Management (formerly P4) paper.
- Prepare and deliver lessons that simplify complex concepts and promote student understanding.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, revision resources, and practice questions.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and constructive feedback to help students achieve examination success.
- Stay up to date with ACCA syllabus changes, examination techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records.
- Foster a positive, professional, and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- ACCA Affiliate or Member qualification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification). Candidates with strong expertise in Financial Management will be given preference.
- Previous experience teaching ACCA or other professional accounting qualifications is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ACCA Financial Management concepts, examination techniques, and current syllabus requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting and finance concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience achieving high student pass rates.
- Experience with both in-person and online teaching.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
