Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly VAT schedule
- Maintain monthly statements of account for clients
- Process customer invoices using ZRA-compliant software
- Support procurement and inventory record-keeping
- Oversee general office administration and documentation
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- At least 2 year’s full-time professional experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with ZRA Smart Invoicing (desirable)
