Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive to support the daily operations of our remittance and foreign exchange business.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the remittance and FX business.
  • Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, reports, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support relationships with banks, payment service providers PSPs, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, Bureau De Change BDC agents, and microfinance partners.
  • Assist in managing the company’s digital platforms, including the website, social media, and communication tools.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support general office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services is an advantage.
  • Good financial literacy with the ability to support reporting and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other digital productivity tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
