A well-established company based in Centurion is looking for a professional and organized Admin Assistant to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and client service
Computer literate (MS Office essential)
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to speak Afrikaans will be advantageous
Well presented with a professional appearance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support
Assist with client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Answer and direct incoming calls
Prepare correspondence and general office documentation
Maintain filing systems and accurate records
Capture and update information on company systems
Schedule appointments and assist with general office coordination
Perform general administrative and client service duties as required
Package:
Salary: R9 000 – R10 000 per month
