A well-established company in Centurion is seeking a skilled and professional IT Technician to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Grade 12 (Matric)
* MCSE or MCITP certification
* 3–4 years' relevant IT support and networking experience
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
* IT networking experience, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting
* Valid driver's license
* Well presented and professional
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to speak Afrikaans will be advantageous
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
* Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripheral devices
* Install, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and wireless networks
* Diagnose and resolve desktop, server and network-related issues
* Maintain Microsoft Windows environments
* Perform system upgrades, backups and preventative maintenance
* Respond to helpdesk queries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
* Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
