Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation physical and digital
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Assist with reporting, correspondence, and administrative documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
