We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day office functions and operational branch activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while assisting with clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Administration – manage fuel/toll slips, mileage logs, licence renewals, inspection sheets, and compliance records
• Administration – handle timesheets, operational reports, compliance records, staff inductions, training records, and disciplinary administration
• Reporting – compile incident reports, maintain records, and provide weekly summaries for management
• Orders & Payments – manage stationery, consumables, requisitions, payment requests, travel claims, and expense records
• Payroll & ESS – maintain attendance, leave, payroll records, assist with ESS queries, and process resignations
