AGENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Prospecting & Visits – Identify and visit various retail shops, introduce our products, and screen high-quality potential partners.
- Agent Onboarding – Establish partnerships with qualified clients and develop offline agent outlets.
- Installation Follow-up – Assist agents with equipment installation and drive early launch of new outlets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of field / client visits.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; age 30 or below.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Candidates with personal transportation will be given priority.
Compensation & Benefits
- MWK 250,000 – 800,000 / month
