Technically strong/hands-on/ confident in technical maintenance/admin. with food safety/GMP/audit/compliance. Refrigeration plant knowledge/ exp.cold chain/freezer/temperature controlled food manufacturing advantageous. Excellent admin./ leadership/people mngt/ problem-solving skills/attention to detail/work under pressure/respond quickly to prod./ops demands. Must be hands-on/organised/disciplined/capable of building a culture of accountability/high maintenance standards in factory. Will support effective mngt of maintenance ops in value-added meat factory/ day-to-day maintenance across manufacturing facility/preventative maintenance planning/ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability/ maintenance efficiency/ factory standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, traceability documents/ compliance paperwork, and system updates. Respond effectively to operational breakdowns and production-related maintenance requirements. Promote a disciplined/hands-on maintenance culture focused on accountability/high performance.
