Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in
compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
·
Ensure the Mise-en-Place and cleanliness of all the beverage outlets (change
astray for our guest) thus ensuring the readiness to accommodate the guests.
·
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
·
Participate in inventory taking.
·
Promote sales and initiates actions to increase profitability.
·
Pay attention to client comments and suggestions and immediately take
corrective measures required, transmitting remarks to the F&B Outlet
Assistant Manager.

Apply and ensures application of quality standards and procedures set
by the hotel.
·
Adhere to Hotel’s rules and regulations.
·
To control the beverage stock such as requisition fruit order
·
Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age
requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
·
Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar,
how beverages are prepared. Required Skills:

Fluent in English and French.
·
Ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations and HACCP as well as standards of food and beverage

Food handlers’
certificate
·
Outgoing and pleasant personality.
·
Good human contact.
·
Essential that you are polite, courteous, smiling, cheerful, discreet
and observant.

Minimum Requirements:

·
School Certificate or a certificate of equivalent standard.
·
National Certificate Level 3 (NC3) in Restaurant and bar service or
equivalent qualifications.
·
Valid Food Handler Certificate.
