Recording financial transactions: Entering income, expenses, sales and purchases into ledgers or computerised accounting systems.
Ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Tracking invoices, preparing payment schedules and following up on payments.
Document Management: Organise and maintain financial records.
Reviewing of account ledgers for accuracy and correcting errors for example duplications.
Organising and filing of invoices and financial documents.
Experience & Qualification
Must have 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
National Senior Certificate (Matric).
National Certificate: Bookkeeping or similar qualification.
Computer proficiency.
Must have Sage Accounting Experience.
Attention to details: Ensure complete accuracy in financial records.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports.
Time management: Meeting deadlines.
Organisational skills: Manage multiple accounts, invoices and financial documents.
