Provide preliminary financial overview, scaffolding cost, early-stage planning and procurement.
Review project drawings to understand the requirements.
Perform site visits to gather information and access the scaffolding needs.
Communicate with the clients to discuss project requirements and expectations.
Use estimation software to calculate material, labour and transportation costs.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors and safety personnel to ensure estimates support site logistics and safety standards.
Identify and calculate the costs for the project.
Prepare and present cost reports to the clients/management.
Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget and reporting any discrepancies.
Experience & Qualification
National Senior Certificate (Matric).
3-5 years of experience in related field.
A bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, construction management or engineering.
CCE (Certified Cost Engineer) certification.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to details and organisational skills.
Proficiency in cost estimation.
