Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lagos. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients in the food, beverage, and related sectors.
  • Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating agreements aligned with TPPC’s sustainable packaging solutions.
  • The role involves maintaining and growing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The Business Development Executive will also conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide feedback to support product development and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of business and commercial principles, including sales planning, negotiation, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in account management, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven client relationships.
  • Prior experience in packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible products is highly beneficial.
