Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability, commercial awareness, and hands-on marketing experience across multiple business channels.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting franchise expansion, managing OEM relationships, and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives across the business.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role
- Proven experience in managing and leading staff members/teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional advertising, and campaign management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a business development mindset
- Experience in franchise, retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with OEM clients and partners
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee all company marketing, advertising, media, and social media campaigns
- Support and manage existing franchise network marketing requirements
- Drive and support new franchise sales and franchise growth initiatives
- Identify and execute business development opportunities to expand market presence
- Coordinate the launch, rollout, and implementation of new product lines and services
- Manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient allocation to the relevant departments
- Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, lead generation, and brand growth metrics
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and service providers where required
