What You'll Be Doing

• Help manage and fix daily logistics software systems to keep operations smooth.
• Control system security settings and manage user profiles for the team.
• Answer and solve daily system helpdesk support tickets quickly.
• Find and fix system gaps using SQL database queries.
• Write clear user guides and process documents for staff to follow.
• Organize system training sessions for teams when updates happen.
• Test new software changes and updates to make sure they work perfectly.
• Create regular data reports for managers to review business progress.
• Fix software faults and troubleshoot errors to prevent any delays.
  
  

• You must have a Matric certificate or an equivalent senior qualification.
• You must hold a CargoWise Specialist Certification.
• Good knowledge of logistics software like SAGE and Parcel Perfect is a plus.
• Basic skills in writing SQL queries to search databases.
• Good skills in using Microsoft Excel.
• A helpful attitude and the ability to solve problems calmly under pressure.
• The ability to work well on your own and with a team.
